This contains a collection of 24 easy-to-use tools and templates which have been carefully curated to guide you through each step of the learning development process. Having this accessible from the get-go, allows your team to get started easily, to plan and develop polished training resources straight away. With options to customize the toolkit to your brand, and/or create additional resources, the toolkit provides both structure and flexibility, so you can upskill and support your people in a short amount of time.
Online Course
Accompanying the L&D toolkit, is an online course that walks you through how, and when, to apply the tools and templates throughout the learning development process.
Focusing on key learning principles and a simple 3-step framework, this course provides context and a methodology on how best to leverage the toolkit for impactful results.
Upskill your people by using the course to guide and empower them to be truly self-sufficient!
Custom Workshops
Custom workshops are available to further support your team as required. These workshops are pitched at an entry level to guide the process around planning, developing, and implementing training.
Workshops contain a blend of theory, toolkit review, and practise with applying the tools and templates during practical, hands-on activities.
